Observe secured $156 million in fresh capital for its AI-powered observability platform. Sutter Hill Ventures led the company’s Series C round, enabling Observe to enhance its solution that lets developers troubleshoot faster at a low cost.

The company’s architecture combines a scalable, low-cost data lake, a contextual model of a user’s entire system and agentic AI-driven workflows to help unify data from hundreds of sources and scale observability. Observe’s monthly users, including developers at large enterprises, SaaS and AI-native companies, have processed over 150 petabytes of telemetry data on its platform over the past year. Within this period, Observe has tripled its revenue and doubled its enterprise customer base.

Backed by its fresh capital, San Mateo-based Observe will invest in product development, AI innovation and hiring new talent to its global team.
