Primary research firm Nextyn has acquired Delhi-based Futureminds Consulting in a strategic move aimed at combining Nextyn’s technology platforms with Futureminds’ strong client relationships.
According to a news release, the integration is expected to be seamless, with no disruption to existing workflows or client communications. Futureminds’ clients will also gain access to Nextyn’s proprietary platforms, Nextyn IQ and Transcript IQ, which are designed to streamline scheduling, generate accurate transcripts and reports and improve team collaboration.
