Are you looking for talent for your startup? Engineering Career Services at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign will be hosting a career fair on Wednesday, September 12th, 2012 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm on the Urbana campus. The fair is for companies seeking graduate or undergraduate engineering and computer science students for full-time positions, co-ops, and internships. Approximately 2,000 students attend the fair. While most students graduate in May, we do have a number of December grads as well.
The regular fee to attend the career fair is $500 per table, but startups (companies less than 5 years old with fewer than 50 employees) are eligible for a special discounted price of $125 for a table. This includes food for the day (a hot lunch and snacks throughout the day), parking, electricity, internet access, etc. for 1 or 2 representatives from your company. You will be placed in a high visibility location with other startups and will be given a 6' table.
