Nasuni, a company that provides enterprises with an operational file layer for their unstructured data, announced its acquisition of DryvIQ. DryvIQ provides businesses with governance, compliance, archival and retention solutions to help them manage the full content lifecycle.
The acquisition will combine DryvIQ’s AI-powered content intelligence and governance capabilities with Nasuni’s File Data Platform. Content-level discovery and classification, sensitivity detection, automated policy-driven governance and other capabilities will be integrated into Nasuni’s solution, enabling the company to increase organizations’ visibility and control over unstructured data across more than 40 cloud and on-premises repositories.
