Motive, a company offering AI-powered tools for companies specializing in physical operations, announced the opening of its Austin office, expanding beyond the ten existing facilities that comprise its global footprint. The space is currently under construction at 924 E. 7th Street in East Austin in the Alto building.
Motive works to help safety, operations and finance teams manage their drivers, vehicles, equipment and fleet-related spend from a central platform. Its new office will house its growing sales team, and the company will aim to fill additional roles spanning R&D, sales operations and recruiting. With a workforce of approximately 140 people in Texas, Motive will hire over 200 more full-time colleagues over the next two years in the Austin metro area.
The new hybrid workspace will span 11,000 square feet and offer amenities including a fitness area, outdoor patios and event space upon the building’s completion. It is designed to foster collaboration and community as employees support Motive’s Texas customer base.
