Milestone Systems, a company offering data-driven video technology, announced the appointment of Andy Burnett as its new chief technology officer. Burnett has worked at Milestone since 2023 and served as head of the company’s emerging technology team. His promotion builds on the work he’s done to strengthen the company’s technology foundation.
“Andy has shown exactly the kind of technology leadership Milestone needs — focused, collaborative and deeply committed to both people and performance,” Jeppe Frandsen, Milestone’s CEO, said in a statement. “His understanding of our technology landscape and his vision for where we must go next make him the right person to lead our product and technology group forward.”
Milestone’s solutions include video management software, an AI-powered analytics solution and the cloud-based Arcules video surveillance software system. The company helps manufacturing, airport, law enforcement, retail and traffic management customers improve safety by providing clear video accounts of events.
