Live - Work - Launch
We have created a home for startup founders in Boulder and we are looking for a few founders to call it the place to make their companies great. Instead of the coworking facilities where you may be inundated with services and perks, we feel having a calm and relaxed environment where you can easily live and work at is ideal for the dedicated startup founder.
The LiveWorkLaunch house is segmented into work areas and rest areas where you can have a simpler lifestyle. You can still attend the myriad of startup functions that are held in Boulder and Denver, but now you can say goodbye to glass cages and piped in music.
A bike trail awaits outside and the pantry is full of snacks and drinks to keep you satisfied. You can also bring a few employees to the house as day visitors allowing you to grow your team. When you launch your company and start to generate revenue, we want you to graduate from the house and make room for the next founder.
The combined cost of a residence and a startup coworking facility is almost two times the cost of the LiveWorkLaunch house. Everything is provided at no extra cost including conference rooms, ultra high speed internet, and a great working environment.
