One of the complaints I hear most often is how to find cofounders or a founding team to work on a new startup. It's hard to meet people you can not only fully trust, but also have complementary skillsets and are easygoing. A new startup seeks to solve this problem by using a datling-like approach (any founders can tell you that their relationship is very much like dating in the beginning!).
