Kustomer, a New Jersey-based company developing modern customer experience solutions for enterprises, recently secured $30 million in new funding. The Series B round, led by Norwest, follows the company’s $60 million Series A from 2023. The company’s solution features fully embedded AI agents that leverage data to incorporate context into all customer interactions.
Kustomer launched two AI-native products, AI agents for customers and AI agents for reps, within the past two years. The customer-facing tools provide 24/7 service across channels like chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice, while the other product helps representatives draft responses, find answers and log interactions. The company has come to serve more than 600 businesses, including Reformation, Hexclad and Priceline.
Backed by its fresh capital, Kustomer plans to accelerate AI product innovation, deepen its integrations with more customer experience systems, expand its global presence and facilitate the delivery of efficient customer experiences.
