Klaviyo, an enterprise marketing and CRM platform, announced the expansion of its Dublin-based engineering team. The company is adding new members to its workforce based at its Dame Street, Temple Bar location.
After establishing its Dublin office in February 2025, Klaviyo created over 100 new roles throughout the past year. The company expects to continue growing this team by another 50 percent in 2026, capitalizing on the city’s pool of engineering talent and its thriving technology ecosystem.
“We’re growing and scaling fast across Europe. We’ve got lots of opportunities ahead as we build out our AI products,” Ben Jackson, Klaviyo’s managing director and VP for EMEA, said in a statement. “For engineers in Dublin, that means working with billions of data points daily at the scale of a large platform, with the pace and ambition of a company that has significant runway ahead. It’s a core part of how we’re building Klaviyo’s future.”
Klaviyo’s engineers in Dublin will be responsible for the core systems that power the company’s AI strategy, including messaging infrastructure; data analytics; and marketing, service and analytics personalization. Open roles currently span senior software engineering, engineering management, infrastructure security and internal platform development, with more opportunities coming throughout the year.
