Frontline Education Acquires Perennial EdTech to Enhance K-12 School Administration Software

K-12 school administration software provider Frontline Education has announced that the company signed a definitive agreement to acquire Perennial EdTech. The company revealed last week that the acquisition is expected to close in the near future.

Frontline Education offers a suite of software solutions for K-12 human capital, business operations and special education management. The edtech firm empowers educators to adopt a proactive approach to administrative processes.

Perennial EdTech is the parent company of Escape Technology (ERP), Digital Schools (school business software), eDoctrina (curriculum, assessment and accountability software), Healthmaster (school health management) and Software Answers (classroom and student management software).
