EPAM Systems, a company offering digital transformation and product engineering services, announced its new office opening in Baner, Pune. The facility is EPAM’s third India office, following its office openings in Chennai and Bengaluru earlier in 2024.

EPAM provides enterprise organizations and startups with digital engineering, cloud and AI-enabled transformation services as well as business and experience consulting. With its new office, EPAM plans to leverage Pune’s educational reputation and hire talent from the city’s pool of skilled professionals.

The company has achieved significant growth in India, having increased its employee footprint there from 1,000 to about 9,600 people. EPAM’s new office will serve as a dynamic hub for events, meetups and showcases. Additionally, the company will use it as Offshore Development Centers for its clients.

EPAM’s new office is also designed to have minimal environmental impact. The facility features an underfloor air conditioning system that allows for reduced power consumption. The office incorporates recycled furniture, ergonomic interiors and energy-efficient electronic appliances as well.
