DynaRisk, a London-based firm specializing in cyber risk management, pulled in a funding round equal to about $4.7 million. DynaRisk provides insurance companies with solutions for identifying, monitoring and reducing cyber risk for their policyholders.
“While working with global banks, I saw how larger corporations were using expensive and complex enterprise-level software and services and wanted to put these in the hands of more people,” Andrew Martin, CEO of DynaRisk, said in a statement. “DynaRisk bridges that gap for the insurance sector, helping them protect their policyholders with industry-leading threat intelligence backed risk management and underwriting software, along with cyber incident response services.”
YFM Equity Partners led the equity round that will enable DynaRisk to fuel product innovation and international expansion. The company plans to scale its commercial and technical operations across the EMEA, North America and Asia-Pacific regions.
