CrowdStrike, an Austin-based cybersecurity firm, is expanding its capabilities by acquiring Onum, a Spanish startup focused on enabling real-time telemetry pipelines. The move is designed to enhance CrowdStrike’s Falcon Next-Gen SIEM platform, strengthening its foundation for autonomous security operations and facilitating smoother data integration.

According to a news release, Onum’s technology will filter and analyze data before it reaches Falcon, accelerating AI-driven security responses and reducing onboarding friction for customers managing complex data environments.

With this integration, CrowdStrike aims to enhance autonomous detection and provide its customers with greater control over their security and observability data, enabling them to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.
