#4. $3 million, November 2
Offering an AI-powered assistant for in-house legal teams that have less time for traditional legal research, Responsiv lets attorneys describe what they are looking for in natural language and aggregates relevant statutes, cases, regulatory guidance and legal analysis to provide answers. The company raised a round of seed funding led by Greylock to further its solution.
#3. $4.5 million, November 1
EarlyBird operates a mobile app that enables family members and friends to gift monetary investments to kids. The company pulled in a round of seed extension funding from investors including 776 Ventures. It plans to invest the funds in expanding its platform’s focus on community-based investing and investment services.

Fintech solution CFX Labs aims to help users move money across borders instantly with its blockchain-based payments processing solution. The company’s seed funding round will help expand its global payment network. CFX Lab’s goal is to reach more than 1.2 billion individuals by the end of 2024.

Mozaic developed an API that works to streamline distributing payments among creative collaborators more easily. Its solution integrates with Spotify, YouTube, Twitch and other platforms to help artists receive direct payments. Mozaic secured a $20 million Series A from Volition Capital, bringing its total funding to $27 million.
