BetterComp Raises $33M to Expand AI-Powered Compensation Tools

BetterComp, a company specializing in compensation management solutions, announced a $33 million round of Series A funding spearheaded by Ten Coves Capital. The company’s technology is geared toward helping compensation teams at large organizations get the most value from their data, optimize workflows and adapt to changing markets.

BetterComp works to automate daily compensation management tasks, and it supports the creation of custom formulas while promoting a policy-based approach to data consumption and communications. Its platform also presents datasets in a digestible format to help compensation teams make informed pay decisions.

Backed by its fresh funding, BetterComp will make advancements to its its AI-powered market pricing and pay recommendation capabilities, expand into new product areas and scale operations to serve a growing customer base.
