Cloud Austin: Engineering and Product War Stories, June 19 at 6 p.m.
Cloud Austin will gather this Tuesday evening at Rackspace for two guest speakers. Square Root’s Herschel Kulkarni will discuss how to develop software in the face of ambiguity, and SailPoint’s Tim Frank will share his engineering successes and failures spanning the last six years.
Austin Music Tech Monthly Meetup, June 19 at 7 p.m.
The Austin Music Tech Monthly Meetup will take place this Tuesday night on the 16th floor at Capital Factory. Entrepreneurs, developers, investors, service firms, music industry pros and anyone with a passion for tech and music are encouraged to attend. Network with others interested in improving Austin music startups, learn about technologies affecting the industry and plan the next great music tech company.
Founders Live Austin, June 20 at 6 p.m.
Founders Live Austin returns to the 512 this Wednesday at Capital Factory for a happy hour competition. The event features five pre-selected companies that will present 99-second pitches to the attendees. Following the pitches and an audience Q&A, the audience will vote on a winner to receive an award and the chance to speak more on their company’s product or service.
