AArete, a global management and tech consulting firm, has announced its acquisition of Legerity, a Virginia-based tech consulting firm. The move will strengthen AArete’s digital transformation, automation and AI service offerings for clients in healthcare, financial services and the public sector.
Legerity brings extensive business and technical knowledge to the AArete team. The firm’s expertise will enhance AArete’s core administration systems capabilities for healthcare payers, particularly in the areas of systems implementation, migration and upgrading claims platforms.
Alongside building out AArete’s tech capabilities and client base, acquiring Legerity will help deepen relationships with clients the two companies already share. As part of the deal, AArete will retire the Legerity brand and fully integrate its solutions under the AArete name.
