As an Alteryx Marketing Operations Senior Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights that power our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. This role is an individual contributor role reporting to the Snr Director, Revenue Operations, and will be the Revenue Operations Business Partner to the CMO/Head of Marketing and working closely with other senior leaders within marketing such as Field Marketing, Digital Marketing etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering

  • You will be the business partner to marketing, and the key interconnect between marketing and various revenue operations & IT teams.
  • Bring the opportunity & challenges faced by marketing into revenue operations to help solve
  • Foster alignment across cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support, ensuring synergy between marketing endeavors and broader company objectives.
  • Drive effectiveness & efficiency through well-defined cross-functional processes, continuously evolving them to maximize commercial performance in line with company goals.
  • Support & represent marketing in QBRs, All-Hands, Annual Planning
  • Lead the global & regional "Lead Council(s)"

KPI Mastery, & Data Driven Insights

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to craft and refine a robust framework for setting targets and KPIs that harmonize marketing efforts with overarching company objectives, have a blend of quantitative and qualitative KPIs, ensuring a holistic view of marketing performance.
  • Partner with our GTM team to establish streamlined tracking mechanisms, seamlessly integrating data from diverse sources like website analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Maintain data integrity through meticulous adherence to agreed-upon processes and system utilization, guaranteeing accurate KPI measurements.
  • Offer actionable recommendations based on KPI analysis, empowering teams to drive performance improvements and achieve strategic goals.
  • Harness the power of data to unearth trends, patterns, and actionable insights that fuel marketing strategies.
  • Dive deep into customer data to unveil behavioral nuances, preferences, and evolving needs, guiding targeted campaign approaches for enhanced engagement and conversion.
  • Evaluate the efficacy of marketing campaigns through rigorous analysis of key performance indicators such as conversion rates and ROI, unlocking areas for refinement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to craft compelling marketing dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with crystal-clear insights into performance metrics and trends.
  • Share regular and ad-hoc reports with stakeholders, utilizing intuitive visualizations and narratives to convey KPI implications and drive informed decision-making.

Martech Empowerment

  • Partner closely with central Systems and Data teams, as well as our Marketing automation experts, to ensure seamless integration and optimal configuration of marketing tools.
  • Champion comprehensive tracking and timely delivery of systems and tooling necessary to execute marketing initiatives with precision and impact.

Innovative Learning Culture

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative strategies to leverage data and technology for enhanced marketing outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, with a strong background in marketing strategy development.
  • Prior experience in software or technology-related companies is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics; Marketo; Salesforce; Madkudu; PathFactory; LeadSpace; Tableau & Alteryx are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, coupled with robust analytical and project management capabilities.
  • A blend of critical and creative thinking skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
