You can join our team as a Senior Compensation Manager, providing Compensation support for multiple organizations and/or locations.

What you will do

  • Support the Senior Compensation Manager in executing the Global Compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce
  • As part of the strategy execution, alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation provision is a key consideration
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation programmes are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Manage  annual compensation calendar proposing relevant updates for approval taking into consideration costs, communications and people impact
  • Lead on compensation operations covering base salary, short and long-term incentives, recognition programmes and other compensation deliverables
  • Lead on external vendor management, negotiating and managing compensation providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision
  • Supporting the Senior Compensation Manager execute a proactive communications program covering compensation
  • Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team

What you will bring

  • Demonstrable experience as a Compensation Expert in a global company
  • Knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in project and operations delivery
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationship at all levels of the organisation.

  • Corporate compensation management experience (8+  years).
