We're looking for a Software Engineer to:

• design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements• build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues• understand, represent, and advocate for client needs• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues , help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the Corporate Institutional Advisory Solutions team in US focusing on projects which are used by financial advisors built on Java, Spring, Spring Boot and Azure.

Your expertise

• bachelor or master degree or equivalent focusing on Computer Science or equivalent • Ideally have at-least 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365• good to have implementation experience with D365 Service (Case Management) module.• dynamics 365 Technical with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations and integrations.• must have experience with plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript, Portals, Ribbon Customization, and complex integrations using APIs, experience with .Net Programming• at least 1 implementation experience with Power Apps (Model Driven, Power Automate, Power Portal) • at least 1 implementation with Azure and D365 Integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions and etc), good to have SSIS, Azure Data Factory implementation experience
