Senior Producer, Art (Unannounced Project)

As a Senior Producer, you are passionate about shepherding all forms of Art from initial concept to the release of live content to players, including static and dynamic art assets, animations, and visual effects. You are ready to take on new challenges with teams, helping them make the most of the time they have available. You are comfortable leading several projects and making sure feedback is appropriately followed up and plans are updated as conditions change.
What You’ll Do
- Support Art teams in tracking art requests, dependency mapping, scheduling, and scope management
- Keep the pipeline full of requests to ensure efficient use of art team resources
- Collaborate with design, narrative, outsourcing, cinematics, marketing, and programming to scope projects, budget resources, create project schedules, and meet critical milestones
- Monitor change requests and escalate when significant changes to project scope occur, communicating changes to impacted stakeholders
- Identify Risks and develop mitigation strategies, communicating status to affected teams and stakeholders
- Partner with production peers and escalate as needed to remove blocking issues
- Jira admin support for multiple projects
- Communicate art asset status to teams and stakeholders; create and maintain reports on development progress
- Track multiple intricate details across long timespans
- Refine the art development processes to increase production efficiency and quality
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Knowledge of Art pipelines and workflows
- Mid to senior level experience with game production in AAA game development or similar field in entertainment
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel in art, design, programming, and management
- Ability to create project schedules and milestones and monitor the progress of tasks towards those schedules
- Experience using both Agile and Waterfall game development methodologies
- Experience working with Jira
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience disambiguating complicated problem domains
- Data driven, able to combine data with subjective insights to help inform decision making
- Adept at navigating frequent changes to scope or success criteria, and skilled at guiding others through the same
- Ability to create and implement appropriate production processes customized to individual team needs while also synchronizing with standards
- Familiarity with budget ownership a plus
- Experience working with large, cross-disciplined teams a plus
This is a hybrid position based out of our Bellevue, WA office.
Please note that the pay range listed in this job posting reflects the full salary range for this position. While we provide this range to offer transparency, our target hiring range typically falls between the minimum and the midpoint, allowing for growth potential within the role.
Total compensation is salary plus an annual bonus potential. When determining an offer amount, many things are taken into consideration such as qualifications, experience, internal equity and work location. We strive to provide competitive and equitable compensation packages to all our employees.

Bellevue pay range
$113,395—$170,095 USD
