POSITION SUMMARY:
We're seeking a talented Senior Cloud Architect to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and System Engineers to solve real technology challenges as we rapidly expand our offerings. You'll have the opportunity to deliver new solutions and features while continuously improving our approach to architecture, UI/UX, API, microservices, and more.
Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Analyze Product/System requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide recommendations to solve technical business problems and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Document and review IT cloud architecture/infrastructure, and technology portfolio.
  • Create UML and Entity-Relationship diagrams to document the software design.
  • Develop scalable and automated services and architecture, employing Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Ensure software solutions are architected and delivered using industry-leading best practices and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, System Engineers, Designers, QA, and other engineers.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
  • All other duties as assigned or directed.


Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience
  • 6+ years of experience practicing AWS Cloud Computing, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, Configuration Management, and Quality Engineering Expertise.
  • Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to articulate and implement development plans accordingly.
  • Familiarity with cloud observability and monitoring tools, ensuring infrastructure health and performance.
  • Multi Cloud and Kubernetes experience is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Project/SCRUM Management is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous problems, think abstractly, and guide others to solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Dedication to security and privacy.
