Your Role and Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities this role is expected to effectively demonstrate are:

  • Understand stakeholder needs and translate into digital solutions via Salesforce features.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, validate, and document business objectives through workshops, interviews and company research.
  • Align requirements to features within the Salesforce platform 
  • Conduct Discovery and Design sessions with stakeholders 
  • Breaking down features into User Stories. Story Grooming and Writing.
  • Interpret business requirements to identify technology and operational implications.
  • Provide best practice knowledge on business processes related to Experience Cloud (Salesforce Communities).
  • Review, develop and execute plans to address user requirements, increase adoption and engagement on the Salesforce platform.
  • Create business process flows, use cases, user stories, and test cases.
  • Assist in change management activities.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • 4+ years experience in a Business Analyst or Consulting role.
  • 4+ years experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud 
  • 4+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud a plus
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required
  • Experience leading large technology or transformational projects involving multiple workstreams, business process re-engineering, custom development, integrations, data migrations, etc.
  • Experience with agile development tools such as Copado, JIRA.
  • Strong consulting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with industry-specific or business-domain requirements and solutions.
  • Expert at facilitating discussions with large business and technical audiences.
  • Expert at documenting business processes (e.g. MS Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) and requirements (e.g. epics, user stories, etc.).
  • Expert with waterfall, agile, or hybrid-agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Expert at demonstrating technology solutions to users.
  • Expert written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Collaborative and consultative work style.


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (e.g. Administrator, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).  Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. The exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.

Salary Range

$125,000$145,000 USD
