The Salesforce Developer will join a Business Systems team responsible for managing the technology stack supporting Go-To-Market operations. As a skilled developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our CRM cloud-based solutions and cross-system integrations. Your expertise in Salesforce technology, Apex, Visualforce, and web development technologies will drive the creation of high-quality software solutions that align with our business needs. 

What will you own?

  • Technical aspects of our Salesforce platform, including custom development and integration.
  • Analysis, design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications with customization as necessary.
  • Development of Apex/Visualforce code, LWC, and web application integrations.
  • Creation of Web Frontend Solutions with HTML, CSS,  and JavaScript.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving defects for planned releases and production issues.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine business stories and plan long and short-term releases.
  • Maintaining technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Supporting and providing guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and trends in the Salesforce ecosystem.

What you have:

  • College degree, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and relevant APIs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, and declarative automation
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and integration methods.
  • Exposure to all six major Clouds and direct experience with at least 3.
  • Exposure to CPQ with a willingness to attain certification. 
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with SOAP, REST, and Streaming APIs.
  • Proven success in building large-scale Salesforce applications.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Knowledge of security concepts, authentication, encryption, and web service proxies.
  • Exposure to Service-oriented Architecture and Microservices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
  • Experience with middleware, ETL, and SOA design principles.
  • Familiarity with deployment automation and IDEs.
