Brief Summary of role:

As our organization grows, so does the need for streamlined Salesforce processes and functionalities. Your role as a Salesforce Administrator is crucial in addressing user cases, extending access, and implementing new features to enhance our Salesforce environment. By staying up to date with Salesforce releases and utilizing declarative development tools, you'll ensure our internal teams have the tools they need for success. Your work in managing access, building reports, and configuring the platform with Copado will directly support our business's scalability and efficiency. You'll report to the Salesforce Platform Manager, becoming a key player in our expanding Salesforce team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Addressing Cases from internal users, including requests to extend access or visibility in Salesforce, new licenses, or requests for new features and functionality.
• Evaluating requests for new features or functionality for feasibility and priority before handing them over to the Salesforce Development Team.
• Building reports and dashboards for the teams.
• Keeping up to date with the most recent updates and new functionality released by Salesforce every scheduled release.
• Creating and developing functionality using declarative development tools, such as Flows, Lightning App Builder, Formulas, and Approval Processes.
• Granting access to other platforms outside of Salesforce, such as Outreach, Gong.
• Exhibiting a mentality of customer service to enable the success of users in our internal teams.
• Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
• Hands-on configuration of the Salesforce platform utilizing Copado.

We are looking for someone with:

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating and developing functionality using declarative development tools, such as Flows, Lightning App Builder, Formulas, and Approval Processes.
• Proven experience collecting requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Experience training end users in new functionalities.
• Capable in the use of Apex Data Loader and other tools relevant to the platform.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or ability to this certification during the first two years of employment. Salesforce Platform App Builder, or ability to obtain this certification during the first year of employment. Knowledge of Copado (preferred).Knowledge of the following: Salesforce, CI/CD, Agile methodologies
