Program Analyst

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Program Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews and analyses of acquisition-related data, including cost assessments, acquisition reviews, and milestone documentation reviews. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills, a solid understanding of acquisition and cost principles, and knowledge of government contracting and lifecycle management.

Duties will include:

  • Review and analyze acquisition documents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct milestone document reviews to assess project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Perform detailed review and analysis of acquisition and cost data to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop recommendations and strategies for optimizing acquisition and cost efficiency.
  • Create comprehensive briefings and presentations for leadership, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in acquisition processes and regulations to support informed decision-making.
  • Perform detailed review and analysis of acquisition data to support decision-making processes.
  • Review milestone documents to assess project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for optimizing acquisition and cost efficiency.
  • Utilize knowledge of government contracting and lifecycle management to inform analysis and decision-making.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Active DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or related field).
  • 5-10 years' experience in related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and analyze complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with acquisition, cost principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience in acquisition and cost analysis.
  • Knowledge of government contracting regulations and lifecycle management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Acquisition and cost database knowledge highly preferred.
