The Product Manager, myQ Community will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class web experience for our emerging Community business. You'll work cross-functionally with a talented group of product team members, engineering partners, and business stakeholders to bring the myQ Community vision to life and achieve business growth objectives.
This role will operate on a hybrid schedule with three days a week in our new global headquarters in Oak Brook, IL just 20 miles west of Chicago.
What a Product Manager in the Commercial Connected Services group does:

  • Contributes to the product vision and strategy, applying data, experience, and product sense
  • Communicates clearly with cross-functional team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and quick decision making on priorities
  • Owns the product roadmap, feature definition, delivery for their product area, balancing exceptional customer experience with business impact
  • Integrates self-driven learning on technologies and market trends into the product development process
  • Leads through influence across levels and functions to hit committed delivery dates


Candidates will be most successful in the role if they have been able to successfully demonstrate the following:

  • A passion for technology, user experience, and product quality; SaaS and/or IoT Serves a plus
  • Experience running a software development team, and an understanding of deployment/release cycles; Agile PMI/PMI certified a bonus
  • Ability to manage a cross functional technology team, gain support for initiatives and delivering in a timely manner
  • Incorporating user research, qualitative data, and quantitative data into product planning
  • Understanding of the principles of user experience including user-centered design / human-centered design
  • Inclusive team player


  • Clear communication
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous situations
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Two+ years experience in Engineering, Marketing, and/or Product Management roles
