Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering:

   • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and requirements for chatbots and virtual agents.
   • Analyze and document conversational scenarios and user interactions.

2. Chatbot Design and Development:

   • Design and develop conversational flows using Power Virtual Agents.
   • Implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enhance user interactions.
   • Integrate chatbots with external systems and services for data retrieval and updates.

3. User Experience Enhancement:

   • Create user-friendly and intuitive chatbot interfaces.
   • Implement multimedia content, such as images and cards, to enhance the user experience.

4. Integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365:

   • Integrate Power Virtual Agents with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook) and Dynamics 365 for seamless user experiences.
   • Leverage Power Automate for process automation and integration.

5. Testing and Optimization:

   • Conduct thorough testing of chatbots to ensure functionality, accuracy, and a positive user experience.
   • Optimize chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.

6. Security and Compliance:

   • Implement security measures to protect sensitive information handled by chatbots.
   • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

7. Documentation:

   • Maintain comprehensive documentation for chatbot designs, configurations, and integration points.
   • Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power Virtual Agents Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in designing and developing chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI concepts.
• Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 integration.
• Knowledge of security best practices for chatbot development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Virtual Agents certification.
• Experience with other chatbot development platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure services related to chatbot development.
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards.
