Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Researcher in Asia-Pacific to join our growing team. 

In this role, you will empower our go-to-market (GTM) teams by leveraging prospecting and analytical tools to deliver valuable insights and data. This exciting opportunity will tap into your strong project management, attention to detail, and analytical and interpersonal skills to drive the success of our marketing and sales programs. This opportunity also allows you to learn and develop skills in marketing automations to optimize campaigns, streamline processes, and drive impact across global initiatives. 

This role is based in Asia-Pacific  and reports to Director, Marketing Operations in San Francisco.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Research and Enrichment: 

    • Leverage prospecting and enrichment tools to provide our sales and marketing teams with sales-qualified data on leads and accounts that lead to meetings booked, pipeline growth and clean database hygiene. 

    • Tools to leverage include, but are not limited to, Zoominfo, Apollo.io, and Linkedin Sales Navigator. 

    • Ad hoc tasks include assisting the Events team in performing vendor and events research and evaluations. 

    • Conducting thorough market research to identify industry trends, market size, growth opportunities, and key competitors. 

    • Creating detailed profiles of target customer segments based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data. 

    • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities, including product offerings, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and market share.

    • Segmentation of the market into distinct groups with specific needs and preferences. 

  • Marketing Operations Support: 

    • Ensure that Research tasks are delivered to stakeholders on a timely manner while maintaining the quality of each output

    • Help maintain  and enrich marketing database hygiene in Salesforce and Marketo

    • Support the Marketing Ops team in creating and maintaining automations that streamline crucial marketing processes and workflows

    • Work cross-functionally with other GTM teams to ensure their data and analytics requests are met 

    • Support in building reports/dashboards, providing analytics, and ad hoc reporting requests from various go-to-market (GTM) members for marketing and sales initiatives and business priorities.

  • Workato: Becoming Workato Automation Pro III certified. Understand Workato Recipes to support the Marketing Operations team to drive strategy and create automations to streamline marketing processes and workflows. (Bonus points if you have experience with Workato) 

RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing/Sales/Growth Operations experience

  • Must be able to work at least 2 hours of United States timezone

  • A technical bachelor's degree or relevant degree is preferred 

  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

  • Hands-on experience with Zoominfo and Linkedin Sales Navigator (will consider similar prospecting software experience)

  • Bonus points for Marketo and/or Salesforce experience (Certifications preferred but not required).

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting marketing or sales teams, delivering analytical outputs, and achieving business objectives

  • Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs

  • Must be data-driven, have a natural knack for technology, and be able to demonstrate technical ability
