We are searching for a passionate and empathetic Employee Communications Specialist who will be a pivotal figure in fostering open communications and a positive inclusive work environment that embodies our core values: "Win Together, Always Learning, Quality First, and Strength in Our Differences." As the Employee Communications Specialist, you will play a vital role in enriching the entire employee experience through communications and engagement. Your primary objective will be to create a culture that provides unwavering support, motivation, and appreciation for our employees, through thoughtful and intentional communications and support. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting work done, researching best practices, and who works well in a collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for the organization to clearly align the team and create awareness, including key messaging, communications channels, and tactics.
- Develop and maintain an internal communications content calendar to ensure regular and timely updates to our global organization.
- Create and deliver engaging internal communications content, including email and slack channel updates, newsletters, website content, videos and presentations.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure all communications are clear, consistent and aligned with our company goals and values. Partner with Marketing and leadership when necessary for these communications.
- Encourage open communication and feedback loops to create a supportive and trusting atmosphere where everyone's voice is valued.
- Designing and overseeing the strategy for both in-person and virtual employee events.
- Partnering with our People Ops team to survey our employees, review data and results, identify/address factors that impact employee morale, and drive any changes/initiatives to drive employee engagement.

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications or a related field. Additional certifications or relevant training in employee experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with employees at all levels; excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience with content creation and delivery, including email/slack, newsletters, website content, videos and presentations.
- Knowledge of best practices and tools for engaging internal communications
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging communications, programs, and initiatives that resonate with employees.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Salary Range: USD $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
