As the Graphic Designer you will:

  • You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual solutions that meet project requirements and enhance our brand identity.
  • You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life and deliver high-quality designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, website graphics, social media assets, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative and impactful design solutions.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions as needed.
  • Work closely with our events team to brand event materials, signage and on-site presentations
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with our in-house creative team and agency partners

We're excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong creativity and graphic design skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing your ability to design a full range of creative assets and materials
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with file formats and color profiles for both digital and print
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with presentation design in PPT or Google Slides
  • Some travel required (Domestic & International)
