Job Description

As part of the GSS FP&A scope, you will act as a Business Partner to the different Budget Owners. Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to: 

  • Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports to Budget Owners, including insightful explanations on key cost drivers.
  • Support on Business Partnering, including:
    • Organizing business review with Budget Owners. 
    • Conducting ad hoc analyses on request.
    • Preparing Budget & Forecast data and presentations in collaboration with Budget Owners.
    • Suggesting cost optimization plans.

As part of the Finance Integration scope, you will coordinate the Finance Integration process of newly acquired companies. Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to: 

  • Coordinate, guide, and supervise the local finance functions during the integration process.
  • Maintain the Finance Integration Playbook covering all stages of a successful integration, including tracking progress, risks, issues, and opportunities (such as cost and revenue synergies).
  • Assist in the preparation of working files for the migration of financial data from local accounting system to NetSuite before handover to the Group/Local Finance Accounting team.
  • Organize training and handover of QIMA Reporting best practices to the local Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Pass on Business and Accounting knowledge relating to the new Integration to the Divisional FP&A Manager.

Qualifications

It could be you if you have:

  • A degree in Accounting or related Finance and FP&A disciplines – CPA is a plus.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting and/or FP&A functions – ideally in international organizations.
  • A good command of pack Office (incl. Excel, PowerPoint) and, ideally, of data analysis applications (ex: Tableau).
  • A fluent communication in English – other language is a plus.
  • A clear and proactive communication with colleagues, senior management, and external parties.
  • An analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving approach. 
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and to work autonomously.
