About the role:
Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as a Fees & Incentives Analyst II located in Exton, PA. As the Fees & Incentives Analyst, you will execute the validation, accurate calculation and timely payment of wholesaler and biological distributor service and distribution fees.
How you will contribute:
- Execute the validation, accurate calculation and timely payment of all US commercial incentives and administrative fees for Specialty Pharmacy Providers (SPP's), Biological Distributors and/or GPOs.
- Collaborate with Patient Services team to process and pay fees.
- Analyze and trend payment data to identify any anomalies to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Trade Accounts team to confirm inventory, assess compliance (e.g., DoH), validate and process payments for SPP, wholesaler and Biological Distributor customers.
- Initiate and socialize business exceptions (incentive, distribution services, fee for services) from requestor and through approval, inclusive of working with Contracts and Pricing's Contracts organization to ensure applicable contract amendment.
- Provide support to Trade Account and National Accounts team as it relates to contract terms & conditions and final payments of wholesaler and biological distributor service and distribution fees and US commercial incentives and administrative fees
- Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve all incentive or distribution fee disputes
- Ensure all variances or data integrity issues are documented, analyzed for impact, and communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support internal/external audits by preparing and providing the necessary documentation.
- Perform all data and process controls. Exercise good judgement within generally defined practices and procedures, present issues and discuss solutions in a group setting, facilitate process improvements and initiatives, maintain associated documentation.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelors degree with 2 years of business experience, or 6+ years of business experience required, in the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
- Ability to think through how decisions will impact Takeda customers and stakeholders prior to execution.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a matrix environment.
Preferred
- Experience in Flex
- An understanding of various buying organizations, commercial direct/indirect customers, and government customers
- Percentage of travel: 10%

U.S. Base Salary Range:
$67,900.00 - $106,700.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
