As a Content Compliance Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to legal regulations and client-specific guidelines for content published by large US-based publishers. Your focus on maintaining accuracy and compliance in content related to personal finance is integral to providing valuable financial information to users.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role, it is essential that you have:
- 1-2 years of related experience in content auditing/digital media/client services roles
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite or Google Docs
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in a content auditing role
- Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As a Content Compliance Analyst, you will:
- Audit article content to ensure accuracy and compliance with client-approved promotional details and program policies
- Conduct content and campaign reviews/audits based on specified criteria
- Collaborate with teammates locally and across regions
- Participate in internal team meetings and special projects
- Remedy violations per client feedback
- Audit and prepare mockups according to client requirements and delivery preferences
