In 2008, Patel was getting his feet wet as an intern. More than a decade later, the seasoned team member now trades at the equities desk, with stints on a handful of other teams along the way. Central to his growth has been a workforce that rewards the desire to improve and grow, put into practice via a formal education department and mentor program. “One of the founding tenets of Wolverine has been education,” Patel said.
