The Principal RFIC Power Amplifier Design Engineer will be responsible for the feasibility study, design, simulation, and layout of power amplifiers in our front-ends using state-of-the-art simulation tools. They should have strong analogue circuit design skills, knowledge of CMOS and/or Bipolar Silicon technologies, and experience in power amplifier design for cellular or Wi-Fi applications.
