The Director of Payroll is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll operations within the organization. They develop and implement payroll and compensation strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees and competitive compensation programs.

Responsible for preparing and processing bi-weekly payrolls for multiple entities and states. Manage timekeeping records, payroll deductions, and employee profile changes. Assist with payroll system maintenance and internal audits. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two or more years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
