Jacob Rush has worked in New York, Mexico City, New Orleans and North Carolina — all because of Poggio Labs’ remote work policy. “I’ve been able to grab my laptop and work from anywhere I’m interested in traveling to,” he said. And that’s just while he’s on the clock — off the clock, Rush has been able to use Poggio Labs’ personal development stipend to take a few strokes off his golf game. Rush’s small team of well-rounded individuals are willing to help each other if someone wants to take time off to travel or work on themselves. Overall, Poggio Labs fully embraces remote flexibility.
