Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring candidates through the selection process. Coordinates technical recruiting and temporary selection processes. Collaborates with Talent Manager for overall recruitment strategy. Measures success through retention and time to fill metrics based on Talent Based Organization strategies.
