The Embedded Software Engineer I position involves real-time software development, application software development, test and verification, data analysis, and software tools development. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, integrating, and documenting software solutions.

Responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for satellite avionics and payload data processing systems. Collaborates with hardware and FPGA engineers to deliver reliable and rugged products to aerospace customers. Participates in software design, development, integration, and testing. Manages software build and release processes.

Lead the design, development, and testing of Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) for safety critical logic, sensors, communications systems, and processing architectures for space and ground avionics. Establish standards, processes, and tools for software development and testing in challenging environments. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-performance products. Ensure the configuration management of high-quality software products.

The Program Manager III at Innoflight will oversee the delivery of highly complex space and satellite products to government and commercial customers. Responsibilities include managing customer programs, developing program objectives and schedules, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with contracts. The ideal candidate must have extensive program management experience and strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsible for supporting the execution of the overall audit process, coordinating audits, gathering findings, and identifying improvement opportunities in support of the company's Quality Management System. Other responsibilities include departmental training, conducting audits, and driving resolutions as directed by Quality policies and procedures.

The Quality Specialist II will perform audits, document reviews, identify production issues, and drive resolutions as directed by Quality policies. Responsibilities include supporting Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operation programs, implementing quality assurance procedures, and conducting routine inspections. Minimum qualifications include a Certification or Associate’s Degree in Engineering, 4-6 years of cross-functional experience, previous auditing experience, and strong computer skills.
