Headway is seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to oversee forecasting, planning, staffing optimization, and reporting for their Customer Experience (CX) team. The Workforce Manager will play a critical role in building the CX organization's workforce management function to support both internal and external teams. They will be responsible for creating capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling strategies to ensure the right agents are in place at the right time. The Workforce Manager will also lead real-time adherence efforts, create dashboards and reports, and provide insights to improve agent productivity. This role requires strong analytical and operational skills.

As a Senior Security Software Engineer at Headway, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security programs that protect our infrastructure, applications, and data flows. You will work closely with the Security Engineering team and collaborate with other teams to promote a culture of secure development. We are looking for someone with technical expertise in building secure platforms and products, experience in security and software engineering roles, and a strong understanding of security systems.
