Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and handle all onboarding processes.

Leading the onboarding of clients onto the Green Leaf Payroll and Business Solutions platform, managing client intake process, providing training on payroll systems, developing custom reports, and collaborating with senior management for service enhancement.

The Payroll Specialist II is responsible for providing quality service to clients by assisting with payroll processing, resolving client issues, and maintaining client relationships. They also assist with onboarding new clients and ensure the accuracy of payroll data. This role requires a solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
