As a Repossessions/Skip Trace Specialist, you will locate customers and collateral using various investigative (skip tracing) techniques. You will manage a repossession queue and perform skip tracing activities to recover debts and collateral. Strong understanding of skip tracing and systems, as well as excellent customer service and negotiation skills, are required. This is an entry-level position.

As a Recovery Collector, you will negotiate arrangements for payment or settlements with customers on deficiency balances on accounts. Working with customers who are at the end of their lease to arrange for them to purchase or return the collateral.
