As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Enviva, responsible for full lifecycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and enhancing the candidate experience. Manage sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Coordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and candidate experience. Support HR Operations in defining employment brand and promoting diversity in hiring process.

As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for identifying workplace hazards, conducting safety training, leading safety committee meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and company standards. You will also perform EH&S compliance audits, lead emergency response teams, and provide subject matter expertise in technical areas such as OSHA, EPA, and NFPA.

Implement and manage all human resource policies, labor and employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Provide hands-on leadership to build and maintain contemporary human resources practices. Partner with site leaders to ensure HR programs align with business objectives. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
