Join Diligent Consulting as a Visual COBOL Software Developer to support a critical contract preparation system for USAF users. Responsibilities include coding new capabilities, data tracking, interface development, and legacy code maintenance in a networked environment. Collaborate with system experts, contractors, and DoD personnel to ensure system evolution and mission support.

Develop software tools for the USAF Spectrum Warfare Squadron to support electronic data warfare sources and enhance aircraft survivability. Collaborate with end users to design and deliver web-based tools for electronic warfare missions. Contribute to the development of cyber capabilities for the Air Force.

Manage web, database, and application server support and maintenance including planning, coordinating, and executing installation and upgrades of systems. Experience in management of Microsoft IIS 10 web server, SSL configuration, file backup and restoration, and troubleshooting website issues.

Work closely with ERP Technical leads in Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials Implementation) to define technical requirements, create designs, and ensure application meets business requirements. Strong understanding of Oracle EBS financials, PL/SQL experience, and ability to implement interfaces required.

Work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in Oracle EBS Financial Functionals, support requests from the Government, review audit team requirements, and ensure successful solution design and delivery. Requires 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting complex public sector pensions functionality. Experience in developing functional project plans, configuring applications, documenting business processes, and writing functional specifications.

Proficient experience testing Oracle ERP systems with focus on Financials module. Adapting functional design to build out test planning materials. Performing test execution and supporting production deployment. Trained in Oracle EBS, Test Planning, Test Execution, and Functional Design.

Database Administrator (DBA) with advanced knowledge of relational database design, Postgres features, security patching, tuning, and optimization. Responsibilities include disaster recovery, performance analysis, index maintenance, and data monitoring. Must have 2+ years of experience, Top Secret clearance, and Security + certification.

Support end-to-end training design and development using NextGen Tools like Articulate Storyline 360, SnipIt, SnagIt, etc. Execute the development of e-learning self-paced training modules and supporting resources for classroom instruction. Transition between multiple responsibilities quickly in Agile delivery cycles.

The Unix Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of RedHat and Solaris servers, including hardware and software support. They will also be involved in system security, troubleshooting, and upgrades. The position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in RedHat system administration and a current CompTIA Security+ certification. A Secret Clearance and US Citizenship are also required.

Develop web-based applications using C#, VB.Net, HTML, XML, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Microsoft .Net Framework and experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases. CompTIA Security+ certification required.

Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and client requirements, including Oracle EBS Modules such as Financials, HRMS, and Payroll. Experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Oracle EBS Forms Development, Oracle Reporting (BI Publisher, OBIEE), and Oracle Workflow.
