The Document Administrator at Compeer Financial is responsible for preparing loan documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and utilizing various systems to generate loan documents. The role requires strong attention to detail, client service skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and Salesforce.

Responsible for operationalizing integrated marketing plans by executing data segmentation, campaign implementation, optimizing initiatives, and reporting campaign analytics. Manages budget oversight, channel performance reporting, project management, and marketing technology systems.

Provide first level triage support, manage incidents and requests, support user and computer accounts, install and support applications, provide remote support, ensure proper operation of equipment, participate in after-hours rotation, support security administration, track and tag equipment, stay current on technology trends.

Build analytics tools, deploy machine learning models, optimize data queries, and work with cross-functional teams.

Develop, implement, and support software programs and applications within the organization's business systems. Perform code reviews, execute technical specifications, and ensure projects meet business requirements. Responsible for monitoring applications, creating technical documentation, resolving technical issues, and testing software programs.

Organize, manage, and lead basic to moderate business and technology projects. Provide communication, coordination, direction, and oversight to project team members. Implement risk management practices for successful project delivery.

This position collaborates with engineering and development teams to evaluate, identify and implement optimal cloud solutions. Responsible for installation, maintenance, security, and administration of cloud and on-premise platforms. Provides support, mentorship, and training to team members.

Provide second level technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and related equipment. Assist in installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks. Evaluate, integrate, and support business software applications. Monitor and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and network components. Plan for disaster recovery and redundancy of infrastructure.

Develop and lead carbon markets and sustainability programs for Compeer Financial, align existing carbon programs to buyers, create new value for clients, collaborate on program strategies, and drive business growth initiatives.
