Assisting with event planning and volunteer management for agency events in a human services/nonprofit setting. Requires high school diploma, experience in event coordination, and basic computer skills. Involves office work and occasional travel within the state. The Foster Care Case Manager will provide weekly therapeutic mentoring care management services to foster children, advocating on their behalf and coordinating services within the community. They will also be responsible for developing case plans, maintaining clients' records, and attending court reviews. A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of experience in child welfare and family services.

The Case Manager in our Aging Well Program will provide case management services to clients in collaboration with the Office of Healthy Aging (OHA) and the Department of Human Services (DHS). They will conduct in-home assessments, create care plans, and collaborate with caregivers and service providers. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
