Looking for an accomplished Regional Head of Production Engineering, Development, and Quality assurance with extensive expertise in footwear processes, construction, tooling, and quality management. Responsible for leading and managing the product team in North Vietnam to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency from initial tech pack to finished product.

Lead the costing team in Vietnam managing global footwear costing, driving cost-saving opportunities, establishing a fact-based costing SOP, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to sustainable cost-saving strategies.

The Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance at Allbirds will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, business strategy, and more. They will work closely with leadership to drive synergies, efficiencies, and insights through process improvements and technology enhancements.

Provide day-to-day costing expertise and support to optimize product margins. Collaborate with various teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and create efficiencies in product costing. Develop tools, reporting, and training programs to achieve optimal product cost and margin. Lead analysis on cost variations and influence costing discussions throughout product creation and production phases.
