Description

As the Marketing Campaign Specialist, this colleague will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns within the Cross-Channel Campaign Management Platform across various channels. As part of the dynamic Marketing Center of Excellence team, you will leverage the tool to optimize campaign performance. This role will be responsible for partnering with various marketing colleagues to implement campaigns via the tool. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will provide input on audience selection, data segmentation and optimize performance across channels to drive lead generation, nurture customers/clients, and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Proficiently using and managing the cross-channel campaign tool to execute marketing initiatives across various platforms, including email, SMS and mobile/online banking container spaces
  • Leveraging automation features within the tool to streamline and enhance campaign workflows
  • Analyzing campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve future campaigns. Generating reports providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Working closely with marketing and other teams to ensure cohesive and synchronized messaging across all marketing channels
  • Ensuring campaigns comply with relevant regulations and policies governing marketing activities

Qualifications:

Required skills/Experience:

  • Self-starter who requires minimum supervision
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce flawless work in rapid succession.
  • Ability to prioritize work independently
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and versatile in the production role, proactively addressing changes in customer/client demands
  • Clear, effective communication skills when speaking to a technical or non-technical audience

Education/Certificates:

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field
  • Marketing experience

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
